Frequency Adverbs explores the differences between computer languages and natural languages. The LEDs flicker based on probabilities from 100% (always) to 0% (never). Juxtaposed next to these discrete probabilities are adverbs that attempt to define the precise mathematical percentages using subjective terms from natural language.
